Networking:

Hey, would you like to know your fellow doctoral researchers?

Would you like to learn more about their research?

There are a lot of most interesting topics to discover!

Are you interested in their experience in being a doctoral researcher at KIT?

Would you simply like to have a nice chat with them, being in a very similar situation as you?

Would you like to have some fun besides the daily work?

You will find all this and even more at our BIF-IGS Annual Retreat:

A retreat is organized once a year by BIF-IGS doctoral researchers themselves.
Participation in the Annual Retreat is mandatory in 3 years:

  • 1st year participation only
  • 2nd year poster presentation
  • 3rd year giving a talk about your work

Let´s do some networking!

Greetings from Gengenbach!

We are sportsmen!
On Friday afternoon we had a beautiful hike around Gengenbach and the surrounding hills.

And on Saturday, before breakfast, some of us gathered for an early-morning match of beach volleyball at river Kinzig.

…and, yes, with the hot temperatures (around 34°C!) we did need some rest and relax after all these activities… - down on the banks of the river Kinzig.
